What happens next?

If you’ve passed all stages of the interview process – well done! We can’t wait to meet you. Here’s what will happen next to ensure you can begin your journey with 1Team smoothly.

Offers, reference-checking and onboarding

You’ll normally receive your offer of employment directly from our CEO following the final screening call. All offers are subject to satisfactory references.

References

References will be collected only after you’ve formally accepted your offer. Our People team will contact your referees directly. We require two references, one of which should be a current or former employer. All reference checks are performed in accordance with GDPR requirements.

Onboarding

Nearly there! Leading up to your start date, you’ll be invited to an onboarding space where you can find all the details you need on our people, policies and processes.

How we recruit

We’ll always try to recruit directly, posting all vacancies on our website, LinkedIn, and occasionally on other job boards as needed. We also work with a few trusted agency partners who we’ll contact if we’re unable to fill a role ourselves (or if it’s a particularly difficult position to fill).  All our recruitment partners must follow our DEIB commitments, found here.
