What to expect when you work with us
Pre-project
Our project management process actually starts long before there’s even an LMS. In fact, it starts before there’s even a project. From the first point of speaking to us, our team are already taking in all the details we’ll need to plan your project effectively.
Planning your project
Our project management team will liaise with your initial point of contact to build their understanding of the scope of work. They’ll then work with our award-winning in-house development team to create a clear, achievable delivery plan. This includes confirming timelines, resources and milestones, then reviewing everything in detail to make sure we’ve got what we need to keep your project on track from day one.
Meet your Project Manager
Your main point of contact throughout the project will be your dedicated Project Manager. They’ll coordinate behind the scenes, liaising between teams and keeping you informed at every stage. Your Project Manager will be briefed by your existing point of contact, so they’ll be fully up to speed with everything.
Kick-off meeting
We’ll arrange a kick-off meeting to refine the schedule, agree communication preferences and confirm timelines and milestones. It’s also a chance to make sure the scope of the work is clear and that any consultancy sessions are booked in advance.
Keeping you in the loop throughout
Transparency is key to a successful LMS project. You’ll get access to our project management tools where you can check progress, track milestones and stay fully informed as your LMS project comes to life.
Delivering your LMS
Now, for the exciting part: seeing your LMS come to life. Your Project Manager will oversee the build, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to specifications. If anything needs clarification, they’ll handle it swiftly to keep things moving. And don’t worry – you’ll get regular support and updates throughout.
Go-live and beyond
Once your LMS is live, your Project Manager will ensure everything is working exactly as expected. If you’ve had any custom developments, they’ll be under warranty, and your Project Manager will help you to address anything that isn’t working as expected. You’ll then be introduced to your Account Manager, who is your ongoing contact for support and continued success.
