Synergy Learning wins two prestigious 2026 Totara Partner Awards
Synergy Learning has been recognised with two prestigious awards at the Totara Partner Awards 2026: Global Partner of the Year and the Marketing Impact Award. Exclusively for Totara Partners, these awards recognise excellence in performance, growth, enablement, marketing impact and customer success.
The 2026 awards were presented on 28th April 2026 at the Totara Partner Meetup in London: an event that brought together partners from around the world to connect, collaborate and share success.
Totara Global Partner of the Year Award 2026

Being named Global Partner of the Year marks the strength of our partnership with Totara and recognises the scale and quality of the solutions we deliver to clients across sectors and regions.
Over the past year, we’ve continued working closely with organisations from a range of sectors to design and implement learning management systems that are flexible, scalable and tailored to individual challenges.
From complex global rollouts to highly customised learning ecosystems, we’ve consistently focused on helping our clients achieve measurable outcomes through learning.
This recognition is a testament not only to the trust our clients place in us, but also the dedication of our team in delivering excellence at every stage.

Totara Marketing Impact Award 2026

Winning the Marketing Impact Award highlights another key area of focus for Synergy Learning: how we communicate the value of Totara LMS in a way that resonates.
Working in close collaboration with the team at Totara, our marketing strategy has been focused on showcasing the benefits and results of successfully working with a trusted Totara partner.
Through thought leadership, success stories, campaigns, webinars, digital content and our Customer Resource Hub, we’ve worked to make learning solutions more accessible and understandable for organisations navigating change.
This recognition reinforces Synergy Learning’s position as a leading Totara partner, demonstrating both strategic marketing excellence and a deep commitment to customer success.
It is a pleasure to work alongside the marketing team at Totara and I’m extremely proud of the impact Synergy Learning’s marketing team has delivered.

1Team: working together to achieve learning excellence
These achievements wouldn’t be possible without the incredible people that make up 1Team at Synergy Learning. With every department working together towards a shared vision of success, this recognition belongs to everyone who contributes their expertise and passion every day.
We can’t talk about these successes without mentioning our clients and partners, whose collaboration and ambition continue to inspire us every day.
While we’re honoured to receive these awards, our focus of course remains firmly on the future.
The world of learning technologies is ever-changing and we’re excited to keep pushing boundaries, exploring new ways to make the most of learning technologies and helping organisations adapt and thrive.
